8e7abb2092 Add tool.md catalog to sidecar imports 
note.md 写"怎么用"越写越重, 每次查"装了什么"要翻半天; tool.md 只做
一行一工具的索引表 (name + 用途), 和 note 解耦。CLAUDE.md §5 导入
链同步加入 @~/.claude/tool.md; mdTemplet 提供初始快照。

211c0f05d8 Strengthen push policy: don't ask, just push 
原条目 "push by default" 留了模糊空间, 实测我仍然会在 commit 后反复确认
"要不要 push", 用户明确要求消除这种冗余询问; 加 "don't ask first, just push"
固化下来, 只在用户显式拒绝或仓库没 remote 时才跳过。

23c7037b57 Add session-end-log hook with per-session token tally 
既有 Stop 钩子 token-stats-hook 记的是跨会话累计快照, 无法区分"这次会话
用了多少"; session-end-log 在 SessionEnd 时按 session_id 解析本次 transcript
做单会话统计, 产出一行可回溯的索引写入 ~/.claude/log.md, 方便事后盘点
哪场会话烧了哪些 token。Python 写零依赖, Ubuntu 自带 python3 免构建。

484a9225f3 Ignore repomix output files 
repomix 默认把打包结果写到仓库根的 repomix-output.xml, 会污染工作区
和未来的意外提交; 作为生成产物不应进版本控制。

d99ac3a142 Add mdTemplet/ sidecar templates for CLAUDE.md @-imports 
主仓库的 CLAUDE.md 用 @~/.claude/note.md 等路径引用本地侧边文件, 克隆者
机器上默认没有这些文件会导致 @ 解析为空。提供 mdTemplet/ 下的现成样本
(note.md 工具笔记/debug.md 踩坑记录/log.md 会话日志空壳) 方便克隆者直接
拷到自己的 ~/.claude/ 作为起点。

e99b5fe482 Split tooling notes and pitfalls into @-imported sidecars 
主文件不断累积实测工具细节和踩坑记录让核心准则变难扫读;通过 Claude Code
的 @ 导入语法把这些拆到本地 note.md / debug.md, 主文件只保留指针和纲领,
后续新增工具经验或坑直接往子文件加, 主文件保持稳定。log.md 作为会话索引
由本地 SessionEnd hook 维护, 不跟随仓库同步。

04efa2d72e Refine locate tooling notes based on hands-on testing 
eza 的 --tree 在没有路径参数时会静默输出空结果，实测踩坑，需
明确写出必须加 `.`；broot 实测需要 TTY 且首次运行会改 shell rc，
对 CLI/Claude Code 没有增量价值，标注跳过避免后续误用。

over blind Reads; explicit token and wall-clock estimates in the Plan

36b1759243 Add Gitea management boundaries to §0 
Why: Charles asked whether I can proactively manage repos on his Gitea.
Define explicit allow / confirm / forbid tiers so I don't accidentally
delete a repo or force-push main.
